Jerry Dale Cash entered the plea Friday to a count of making a false Sarbanes-Oxley certification to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prosecutors say Cash was required to certify the accuracy of the company's financial reports with the SEC. Cash admitted he worked with a fellow officer to transfer the money out of Quest to an account he owned. He also admitted that he didn't disclose the transfer when he certified the financial
report. Cash admitted spending the money on his Nichols Hills home and other personal items. An attorney for Cash didn't immediately return a call seeking
comment.
