LUTHER, Okla. (AP) - The U.S. Geological Survey says another small earthquake has rattled eastern Oklahoma County. The survey reported Monday that at temblor with a 3.0 magnitude occurred at 11:04 p.m. Sunday about six miles south of Luther. There were no reports of injuries or damage with the quake, the second in the area in less than a week and the 14th since the beginning of 2010.
A 3.2-magnitude tremor occurred Thursday near Jones. A 4.1-magnitude quake near Sparks on Feb. 27 has been the strongest reported so far. Researchers say quakes of 2.5 to 3.0 magnitude quakes are typically the smallest felt by humans.
