OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Crews are working to clean up oil that has leaked into the Deep Fork River near Lake Arcadia in Oklahoma County. Environmental Protection Agency spokesman Joe Hubbard said Wednesday the leak has been contained and no oil reached the lake, which is a drinking water source for Edmond. Department of Environmental Quality spokeswoman Skylar McElhaney says the agency received a call about the leak on Monday. She says it appears the oil leaked from an abandoned pipeline, but officials don't know how it started and how much got into the river. Hubbard says skimmers, flatboats, containment booms, pumps and a vacuum truck are being used in the cleanup. He says officials don't know who owns the pipeline, but once that's determined, the party will be responsible for cleanup costs.
