Edmondson for Governor in 2010?

Oklahoma Attorney General Drew Edmondson has indicated that he wants to remain as Attorney General until the federal lawsuit against poultry producers is resolved. That has led to talk that Edmondson will run for Governor in 2010, IF he is satisfied with the progress of the case. With that in mind, this news item from 9/9/08 takes on added significance:
OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - State Attorney General Drew Edmondson says
he believes his federal lawsuit against poultry producers will be
finished or settled by the end of his current term….Edmondson’s current term expires in 2010.
